L'épisode 17 de la saison 10 de The Walking Dead arrive bientôt sur OCS et voilà ce qu'il nous réserve. Attention, gros spoilers. Alors qu’on vous dévoilait il y a peu les premières minutes de l’épisode 17 de la saison 10 de The Walking Dead, qui sera bientôt diffusé sur OCS – le 1er mars – on propose aux plus curieux de savoir déjà ce que Home Sweet Home » nous réserve. Evidemment, attention aux gros spoiler sur ce qui va suivre puisque même sans tout dire, on vous y dévoile les grandes lignes de ce mid-season premiere. Comme on a pu le voir dans les premières minutes, l’épisode s’ouvre sur Judith et Maggie qui discutent, entre autres, de Michonne et RJ, avant de tomber sur Negan. Mais c’est surtout la scène qui suit, entre Maggie, Daryl et Carol qui se révèle intéressante. Alors que Maggie découvre Hilltop en ruines, Carol lui avoue directement qu’elle a libéré Negan, ce qui ne manque pas de provoquer quelques tensions. Le petit groupe ne tarde pourtant pas à se séparer puisque Maggie, accompagnée de Cole et Elijah – l’homme masqué – se met en route avec Daryl et Kelly pour retrouver les siens, dont son fils Hershel. L’épisode 17 alterne entre quelques phases d’action et pas mal de scènes de dialogues bienvenues pour réintroduire Maggie à l’intrigue, et permettre d’en savoir un peu plus sur ce qui lui est arrivé. En racontant son histoire, elle en vient à parler des Reapers, nouveaux ennemis apparemment sans pitié qui poseront déjà quelques problèmes et qui seront sûrement au cœur d’une nouvelle intrigue. Malgré quelques péripéties, l’épisode 17 de la saison 10 de The Walking Dead montre bien les retrouvailles entre Maggie et Hershel, et la mise en route de tout le petit groupe pour Alexandria, où une mauvaise surprise les attends. Entre une découverte inattendue au sein de leur communauté et la question de Negan qui reste à régler, on sait déjà que la suite s’annonce agitée et bien remplie pour les personnages. Sans être explosif, l’épisode 17 remet tranquillement en condition pour se replonger dans l’univers de zombies, et donne surtout hâte de voir la suite et ce qui attend tous les personnages, nouveaux comme anciens.

The first chunk aired from August 2021, with the second segment kicking off on February 20, 2022. "We had a whole different kind of episode planned for episode eight, and we had to get really realistic about what we could actually accomplish in the storyline," she said. "So it's just been a lot of series of decisions like that, which hopefully are relatively invisible to the audience if they don't know behind-the-scenes. "It's definitely been different for us. We have to strategize differently. We have to use locations differently to hide our limitations... It is for good reason and so we just, we roll with it, you know, because safety is more important."Kang also revealed what people should expect in the final episodes of season 11, saying "There's going to be just some twists and turns and reveals and we always try to keep it scary, too. And then all of a sudden, we did a one-eighty, and now it's kind of like Willy Wonka's chocolate factory all of a sudden," Norman Reedus said via ComicBook."We're all doing The Exorcist right now, all of our heads are spinning in a circle. Yeah, we're all Linda Blair right now. I mean, things go from a black and white western to a technicolor Willy Wonka film like that, and it's crazy."[Daryl is] protecting the kids a lot, to be honest, and...he's protecting Maggie a lot," he added.
